Senior Associate / Manager - General Banking Service

A financial institution in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate/Manager (General Banking Service, Customer Service) to provide corporate banking customer service, ensuring VIP client satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Associate/Manager, you will manage client communications, oversee application processing, ensure compliance, and support service improvements.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including resolving electronic banking issues and following up on transaction status
• Ensure customer application forms are accurately completed and promptly forwarded to the relevant departments
• Follow up on VIP clients’ transaction requests until completion
• Review and monitor customer applications for banking services
• Assist in updating guidelines, procedures, and manuals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Participate in projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by Management

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring corporate banking experience, strong client management skills, multilingual ability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, compliance-focused approach.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3–10 years’ customer service experience in the corporate banking industry.
• Basic professional knowledge of deposits and remittances is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, while providing professional advice
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
