RM / Senior RM, Corporate Banking – Foreign Corporate Bank

A leading corporate bank is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to work with large corporates across Hong Kong and Mainland China, driving ESG-focused lending initiatives and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities:

As a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank’s presence among large corporate clients in Greater China.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with large corporates (50% China, 50% Hong Kong), while actively cross-selling the Group’s Global Banking products
• Develop in-depth client insights (strategy, structure, key stakeholders, decision processes) to drive tailored coverage
• Partner with senior leadership to advance green and sustainable financing aligned with ESG objectives
• Lead and coordinate deal origination, proposals, and execution to secure mandates
• Drive product bundling and cross-regional opportunities (Greater China and GC–ASEAN) to maximise wallet share and returns

Candidate profile:

To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing relationships with large corporates or conglomerates within Greater China.

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, with exposure to Conglomerates and Large Corporate (CLC) client management
• Strong capability in building, managing, and sustaining client relationships, delivering tailored and advisory-driven solutions
• CRM certification preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of client relationship management systems and practices
