- Engage proactively with the Board of Directors, offering insights into organisational performance and future opportunities.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and governmental entities.
- Oversee financial stewardship, including budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organisational policies, promoting transparency and ethical governance.
- Represent the organisation in public forums, enhancing its visibility and impact within the community.
- Lead dynamic fundraising initiatives and develop comprehensive strategies to secure and diversify revenue streams.
- Mentor and empower senior leadership, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
About the person
- University degree holder in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the charitable or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated capacity for high-level strategic leadership and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mobilise diverse stakeholders.
- Strong track record in relationship-building and collaborative partnerships.
- Experience in innovative fundraising and revenue development strategies.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making in complex environments.
- Deep commitment to the organisation's mission and a passion for creating social impact.
- Fluency of English and Cantonese
