Technical Project Manager (Java Architect)

This role combines technical project management, architecture governance, and stakeholder leadership, requiring a strong background in Java-based enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and system integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning and design through implementation and production rollout.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and system design strategies for enterprise applications.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and financial governance to ensure delivery within approved funding.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Oversee development teams, vendors, and project resources to drive successful execution.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance processes.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Technical Project Management, Solution Architecture, or Java Architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java-based enterprise application development and architecture design.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technology initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, DevOps practices, and modern architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
