Full Stack Developer/ Architect (React.js + Node.js)

This role will be responsible for defining application architecture, supporting project execution, and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with customer requirements. Working closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping technical direction and ensuring successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and application modernization initiatives across enterprise development projects.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design through deployment.
• Define application frameworks, integration approaches, API standards, and data models.
• Guide development teams on architecture best practices, coding standards, and technical decision-making.
• Review solution designs and ensure compliance with performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Work closely with project teams to identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
• Support the adoption of modern architecture patterns including microservices, cloud-native applications, and API-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure quality and secure-by-design practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, technical standards, and architecture governance.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in Application Architecture, Solution Architecture, or senior software engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL-based applications.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise application solutions.
• Good understanding of system integration, API design, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Experience supporting project delivery within Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Experience working in software development, technology services, or system implementation environments is preferred.
