GenAI Architect (Microsoft Copilot)

A leading life insurance organization is seeking a GenAI Architect(Microsoft Copilot) to lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions across business and operational functions.

The role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other AI technologies to enhance employee productivity, improve customer experience, automate business processes, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to develop scalable and secure AI-powered solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the lead Solution Architect for Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases that improve productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Define solution architectures covering user experience, application integration, data access, security, governance, and AI orchestration.
• Lead the design and implementation of Copilot agents, AI assistants, intelligent automation solutions, and conversational AI experiences.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks for Generative AI adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, risk, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and offshore development teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Drive integration between Microsoft Copilot and enterprise applications, knowledge repositories, CRM, Contact Center, and business systems.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including design reviews, technical governance, and production support.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and business transformation.

Candidate profile:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and related AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integration.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
