Head of Enterprise Applications (Workday and Oracle), FS Side

An organisation seeks a Head of Enterprise Applications to drive enterprise technology transformation across Workday and Oracle, aligning digital roadmaps with business priorities to enable scalable operations, strengthen governance, and accelerate strategic change in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and define the enterprise technology strategy across all functional domains, ensuring full alignment with business priorities and long-term transformation objectives
• Lead end-to-end delivery of BAU operations and strategic transformation programmes, embedding scalable L1–L3 support models across incident, problem, and change management
• Safeguard enterprise-wide stability and resilience through proactive monitoring, performance optimisation, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance governance
• Establish and enforce enterprise SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks to drive accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement across all platforms
• Oversee enterprise architecture direction, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant technology landscapes that enable business growth and agility
• Optimise vendor ecosystem performance, cost efficiency, and service scalability, including strategic transition of selected capabilities into managed service models
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior business leaders, driving cross-functional alignment, capability uplift, and workforce strategy across internal teams and external partners

Candidate profile:

• 15+ years’ technology leadership experience in large-scale, complex enterprise environments, leading multi-domain technology organisations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise technology landscapes, including mission-critical BAU (run) and strategic transformation (change)
• Strong expertise in operating within complex, regulated, and cross-functional enterprise environments with high stakeholder exposure
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology operations at scale, driving stability, transformation delivery, and alignment across business and technology functions
