Solution Architect (AliCloud)

This role sits at the forefront of digital innovation, driving the design and delivery of scalable, secure architectures across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in modernizing legacy systems and enabling future-ready cloud solutions in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architectural design ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Drive cloud and microservices transformation initiatives, including AliCloud environments
• Design complex system and component architectures to support business growth
• Define architecture standards, reusable templates, and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges
• Support application re-platforming into modern cloud-native solutions
• Troubleshoot architectural issues and provide effective resolutions
• Align technical design with business strategy alongside key stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Provide ongoing governance, support, and optimization of systems

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• 10+ years in technology delivery, with 5+ years leading large-scale transformation
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AliCloud
• Solid expertise in microservices architecture and digital platforms
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and complex projects
• Experience designing scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture framework is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
