Business System Analyst (Warehouse Management System)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide application support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis for WMS platforms
• Configure, customize, and enhance WMS functionalities to support operational needs
• Design, coordinate, and execute integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and external systems (APIs, EDI, file transfers)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, data mappings, and test cases
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system quality and stability
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT teams, and vendors across APAC regions
• Support system rollouts, user training, and adoption initiatives
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems in retail or logistics
• Experience in WMS configuration, development, customization, and support
• Exposure to Manhattan WMS or similar enterprise platforms is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
• Familiarity with system integration concepts (APIs, EDI, interfaces)
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and technical documentation
• Basic proficiency in SQL is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support regional operations when required
