Senior QA analyst - automation & manual

Our client is seeking Senior QA specialist with automation & manual testing experience on AI system or application like chatbots to join their digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-driven systems and web applications integrated with Generative AI, such as chatbots.
• Develop, maintain, and execute both automated test scripts and manual testing procedures to assess system functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
• Conduct performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and platforms.
• Assess AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical considerations while monitoring deployed systems for performance drift, providing recommendations for retraining or optimization.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve system quality and user experience, staying up to date with evolving QA methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the delivery of high-quality AI products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on AI or machine learning systems, preferably in large-scale system integration or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, AI model lifecycle, and model performance evaluation metrics.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and various testing approaches, including UI, regression, and performance testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
