Our client, an industry leading financial services firm is seeking a well-seasonsed Agile Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects. This role will work with cross-functional teams - IT, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders, to drive initiatives that enhance processes, implement innovative solutions, and support business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects across multiple product lines (e.g., FX, Rates, Bonds, Repo, Equity).
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather business requirements, coordinate testing, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, and progress dashboards to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business setups to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and execute change management plans to support effective adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Act as a central point of contact between global and regional stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 7+ years’ experience in project management within financial services or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and processes across markets (e.g., FX, bonds, derivatives).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to propose actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
