Infrastructure Manager - Network (Contract, Financial Services)

A well-known regional financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead and manage its enterprise network infrastructure and operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day network operations, ensuring maximum availability and performance of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and cloud connectivity services
• Establish and maintain network monitoring, incident management, problem management, and change management processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and technical specialists
• Manage third-party service providers and telecommunications vendors
• Support infrastructure modernisation, cloud networking, and digital transformation initiatives
• Participate in network architecture reviews and technology roadmap planning
• Lead network-related projects from planning through implementation and production support
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network services
• Prepare operational reports, risk assessments, and management dashboards

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in network infrastructure and operations, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role
• Experience working within financial services organisation is highly preferred
• Experience managing cloud networking environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
