Infrastructure Support Specialist (Asset Management, 6-Month)

A leading financial institution seeks an Infrastructure Support Specialist in Hong Kong to strengthen IT operations, ensuring secure infrastructure, seamless user support, and resilient technology services that enable business continuity and productivity.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver responsive IT support, resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues to keep business operations running smoothly
• Administer Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, user access, and security controls to maintain a secure and efficient technology environment
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, VPN, wireless connectivity, patching, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
• Support cybersecurity, governance, audits, and regulatory compliance through vulnerability management, incident response, and security awareness activities
• Coordinate with vendors and managed service providers to ensure reliable IT services and timely issue resolution
• Support technology projects and process improvements, contributing to system upgrades, cloud initiatives, automation, and IT documentation

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years' IT infrastructure and end-user support experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, endpoint management, identity and access management, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
• Experience supporting small-to-mid-sized organisations, ideally within the financial services sector or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of IT service management, infrastructure operations, and vendor coordination to support reliable technology services
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
