A leading financial services organisation in Hong Kong seeks an IT Officer, End User Support (Contract) to enhance workplace technology operations, delivering seamless end-user support and driving efficient, reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 1 end-user IT support, resolving incidents and service requests through ticketing systems to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless user experience
  • Manage and maintain endpoint devices and virtual desktop environments, including device enrollment, policy deployment, compliance monitoring, software updates, and user support to ensure secure and reliable workplace technology
  • Support enterprise workplace technology initiatives, including operating system upgrades, device provisioning, automation, and large-scale application deployments that improve operational efficiency
  • Provide end-to-end support for workplace technology services, including audio-visual systems for meetings and events, while coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate IT service documentation, uphold endpoint security compliance, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to strengthen IT operations and team capability

Candidate profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years’ experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or IT service desk environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, including troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and providing end-user technical support
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management; exposure to cloud administration is an advantage
  • Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, with experience documenting and managing support requests
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with good communication in both Cantonese and English
