What you'll do:

Strategy and Planning

• Lead the Information System Support Team to ensure secure and efficient IT operations, monitoring and controlling changes in production environments, and ensuring systems performance, availability, and recovery align with capacity planning to meet service level requirements.
• Formulate strategies to ensure the infrastructure and IT operations comply with modern technological, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to maintain high availability of services.
• Meet service deliverables as per service levels, budget, and required standards.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external customers and suppliers for product realization.
• Collaborate with relevant parties on user requirements, UAT testing, implementation, and deployment.

Adoption of Best Practices in IT Operations

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery and system deployment.
• Establish and maintain security best practices for software deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement RPA tools to automate deployment processes.

What you'll bring:

• A University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT operations, with expertise in full stack development, automated testing, CI/CD pipeline design, security-focused software development, and system architecture design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading IT operations teams and negotiating with external customers and vendors.
• Speaks fluent Cantonese and equips with strong communication skills
