Network Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a complex and enterprise scale infrastructure , where you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the network infrastructure
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues
  • Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues
  • Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues
  • Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation
  • Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners
  • Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer
  • Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • CCNP/HCIP is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
