ERP Implementation Business Analyst

Experienced ERP Business Analyst to support enterprise system implementation, process transformation, stakeholder engagement and end-to-end project delivery.

Job Duties

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for ERP implementation projects.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams and vendors to define solution requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinate system integration with internal and external platforms.
• Support workflow design, business rules setup and process standardization.
• Prepare project documents, requirement specifications, meeting materials and progress reports.
• Manage testing activities, issue tracking and user acceptance validation.
• Support data migration, user training and change management initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
• Around 10 years' experience in ERP, enterprise system or digital transformation projects.
• Solid experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with vendors, cross-functional teams and system integrations.
• Knowledge of reporting, low-code workflow tools or related technologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP or Agile are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese).
