Technical Consultant (Presales, SaaS)

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to develop technical engagement strategies and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technical requirements, operational challenges, and transformation goals.
• Design and present enterprise solution architectures that address customer business and technology needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on digital transformation, integration, cloud adoption, security, and modernization strategies.
• Facilitate technical workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
• Drive technical validation activities, including proof-of-concepts, solution assessments, and architectural evaluations.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals, tenders, and customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, delivery, and support functions to ensure solution alignment and successful customer outcomes.
• Represent the organization at customer events, industry forums, and thought leadership engagements.
• Support solution implementation and adoption activities where required, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Professional Services, or customer-facing technology consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing complex business and technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of API-led architectures, application integration, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and modern software delivery practices.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms and hybrid deployment models.
• Experience with containerization, microservices, automation, DevOps practices, and enterprise security principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Self-driven, consultative, and customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within regional or global matrix organizations is preferred.
• Professional certifications in cloud, architecture, integration, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
