Project Manager/Business Analyst–Card/ Lending/ Loan~40-70K

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end delivery of large-scale card system implementation, migration, and integration projects.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, impact analysis, and process harmonization across card operations and related business functions.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Collaborate with business users, operations teams, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare project documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, project reports, and governance materials.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, business sign-off, migration, cutover, and implementation support.
• Drive executive reporting, project governance, stakeholder communications, and steering committee updates.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve issues, align priorities, and support decision-making across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, risk management, and information security requirements.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and hypercare activities to ensure smooth business transition.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manage within banking or financial services.
• 4+ years as BA, or 8 + years as PM
• Strong knowledge of card business operations, including card issuing, billing, statements, disputes, settlement, and related operational processes.
• Experience in card system implementation, migration, transformation, or integration projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with unsecured lending products and associated operational workflows is an advantage.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, project planning, and delivery management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
• Experience in project governance, testing coordination, cutover execution, and post-go-live support.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, CBAP, or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, short notice is preferred
