A leading financial institution seeks an AI Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (QA) professional in Hong Kong to ensure AI data accuracy, enabling smarter underwriting and business decisions in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Validate AI-generated underwriting data against source documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and business integrity
• Support end-to-end business testing and UAT to verify AI solutions meet underwriting and operational requirements
• Review submission templates and critical data fields to maintain data quality and completeness across underwriting processes
• Identify defects, business logic gaps, and user feedback, providing actionable recommendations to developers and solution owners
• Document testing outcomes, pass/fail assessments, and validation evidence to support successful AI solution deployment

Candidate profile:

• Experience in QA, business analysis, or data validation, ideally within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with AI-driven underwriting and structured data validation is an advantage
• Exposure to business and technical teams, with the ability to bridge communication effectively
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data validation capabilities
• Fluent in Mandarin (required); Cantonese is highly desirable
