Finance Process Transformation BA - GL & recharge

Finance Transformation BA to streamline finance processes, strengthen governance, optimize GL and recharge operations, and drive automation across a leading insurance business.

Job Duties

• Review and enhance Finance processes across GL, recharge, financial close, and cost allocation functions.
• Drive process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and governance.
• Identify automation opportunities and support digital transformation projects.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and operating procedures.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and collaborate with Finance and business teams.
• Support solution implementation, UAT, process adoption, and change management.
• Monitor process risks and recommend operational improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years' experience in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Finance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of GL, month-end close, recharge/intercompany accounting, and cost allocation processes.
• Proven experience in process improvement, governance enhancement, and automation projects.
• Background in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
