ATM Tester/Business Analyst (Banking, 30k)

A leading financial institution seeks a ATM Tester/Business Analyst in Hong Kong to drive consumer banking platform delivery, enabling seamless digital transformation and enhancing customer experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the product development lifecycle by analysing user requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business solutions
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business and quality requirements
• Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, test plans, implementation plans, customer communications, and training materials
• Provide post-implementation support by investigating issues, assisting with resolutions, and ensuring smooth system adoption
• Produce MIS reports and competitive analysis to support business planning and continuous improvement
• Participate in implementation and off-hours UAT activities to help ensure successful system deployments and service continuity

Candidate profile:

• 1–5 years’ Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services, supported by a relevant bachelor's degree
• Experience with core banking platforms, including payments, wealth management, loans, cash management, and other financial systems
• Exposure to system implementation, manual QA testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in a banking environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently and support occasional off-hours UAT activities
