Process Reengineering Officer (freight forwarding system, 40k)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute deployment, change management, and user adoption strategies across multiple regions and markets.
• Monitor implementation progress, adoption performance, and key business metrics to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
• Drive engagement and utilization of digital solutions among customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify adoption barriers, recommend improvements, and implement initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements and user feedback into actionable enhancement recommendations.
• Partner with technical and business teams to support product development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze utilization trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand evolving needs and promote value-added solutions.
• Support commercial teams in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer engagement.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different regions to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in project management, digital transformation, solution deployment, change management, customer success, or business development roles.
• Experience in digital platform adoption, customer engagement, business process improvement, or technology-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working within regional or global organizations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical or business concepts into clear and understandable messages for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
