Programme Manager - Enterprise ERP Transformation

Lead enterprise ERP transformation programmes, partner with C-level stakeholders, and drive global digital initiatives within a leading consulting environment.

Job Duties

• Lead large-scale enterprise ERP and digital transformation programmes across global business functions.
• Drive end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Partner closely with C-level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Manage multiple project streams, vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Identify programme risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and provide regular programme status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure successful change management, user adoption, and business process transformation initiatives.
• Establish programme governance, performance metrics, and best practices to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in programme/project management, with substantial exposure to enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale global ERP implementation or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
• Experience working within consulting firms or managing consulting-led transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or related enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to manage complex global stakeholder environments and drive successful business transformation outcomes.
