(Senior) UAT Analyst - (Contract, Financial Services)

A leading financial services institution seeks a Senior User Acceptance Testing Analyst (Contract) in Hong Kong to ensure high-quality system delivery and support successful business transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, projects, and releases
• Analyse business requirements and collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders to deliver effective testing solutions
• Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and end-to-end business process validation
• Manage UAT progress, defect resolution, retesting, and business sign-off to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare testing documentation, status reports, and support process improvements and change management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Chinese throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate profile:

• Degree qualified with proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across complex technology or financial services projects
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM
• Knowledge of banking or capital markets, including financial products and trade lifecycle processes; trade development experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
