Technical BA/Business System Analyst-Insurance Digital Platform

Seeking a Technical BA/System Analyst to drive insurance web portal projects, manage requirements, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise-scale digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the delivery of insurance customer journey and web portal initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with offshore development teams and vendors throughout solution design, development, and implementation.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment planning, and post-release support activities.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT stakeholders, providing clear communication and project updates.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business System Analyst within insurance, banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing web portals, digital platforms, or customer journey transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and translating business needs into system specifications.
• Experience working with offshore development teams and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of Java and Angular technologies with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
