IT Project Manager (ERP & Store Systems)

This role requires exceptional planning, resource management, and vendor management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users across regions. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Job Duties

• Lead and manage regional ERP and store system replacement projects across multiple markets, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with regional business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to drive project execution and alignment.
• Define project plans, governance frameworks, risk controls, and resource allocation for enterprise-wide system implementation.
• Coordinate business requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage vendor performance, implementation quality, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful business transformation.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or replacement projects.
• Experience leading store systems, retail technology, POS, or related transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Regional or enterprise-wide project management experience will be a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and system implementation lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Vendor management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple project parties effectively.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
