The Group Head of Technology Innovation will:

• Lead the development and execution of Technology Innovation (Ti) initiatives, such as Autonomous Mobile Robots, Robotic Process Automation, and AI/ML solutions, across organizational entities.
• Research global technology trends and align them with the organization's operational needs, designing and rolling out annual Ti programmes from concept to deployment.
• Drive the standardization and adoption of innovative technologies, including robotics, AI/ML, and advanced tooling, to enhance operational safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Represent the organization in external engagements with research institutes, technology vendors, and industry councils, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Evaluate and scale potential new technologies by conducting feasibility studies, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring successful implementation within organizational entities.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in technology innovation roles, with a strong track record of leading regional projects and collaborating with external vendors and institutions.
• Technical Skillset: Proficiency in project/program management (PMP or PRINCE2 certified), Agile methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Scrum Master), and business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related discipline.
• Communication: Strong analytical, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with operational technology, industry regulations, and standards is preferred but not mandatory.
