Senior Manager l Service Management l Target Bonus

Act as Senior Manger in managing complex IT environments and digital transformation initiatives. Experience in service governance, process improvement, and automation tools such as Power Platform and RPA. Certified in ITIL 4 and adept at driving seamless migration projects, enhancing service performance, and fostering effective communication in multilingual environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Service Capability & Digital Workplace team on IT governance and digital projects.
  • Improve core IT service processes like incident, change, and problem management.
  • Review service contracts to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.
  • Implement tools to monitor service performance and support ongoing improvements.
  • Lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews, especially for major digital issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for routine operations and service issues.
  • Oversee digital platforms to ensure stability and scalability, aligning with business needs.
  • Support automation tools as below:
    • Power Platform
    • RPA
    • SharePoint
    • Copilot
  • Manage digital workflows, including migration projects from SAP to Oracle ERP systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver excellent service.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 3 years in team leadership.
  • Holding ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification is a MUST
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and automation platforms (e.g., Power Platform, RPA).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, and digital workflows.
  • Certification in ServiceNow Administrator & Power Platform is a plus
