Business Analyst - HR system transformation

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the HR transformation initiative within a leading group. Reporting to the iT project lead, you will engage with regional HR teams to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and support the deployment of a new HR system, such as Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with HR stakeholders across different countries to understand current HR workflows and document user stories.
  • Collaborate with the change management team to analyze current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") HR processes, identifying gaps and differences for seamless transition.
  • Work closely with the functional consultants from the System Implementation partner (such as Oracle Consulting, TCS, etc.) to design and configure HR processes within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Facilitate alignment among HR teams, technical teams, and vendors by managing process differences and ensuring stakeholder consensus.
  • Lead testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct training sessions for end-users and trainers, especially when new features are introduced or quarterly system updates are rolled out.
  • Support the go-live process, ensuring effective user adoption and providing post-implementation support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in HR process design and system implementation.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations and familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or similar HR platforms.
  • Proven experience working with regional HR teams and managing change initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, and HR stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English; Cantonese language skills are advantageous.
