Job Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap, and outcomes, collaborating with the functional teams to meet product mandates and objective
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and department heads, to gain buy-in and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and market competition, particularly in AI and digital technologies.
• Create and maintain an innovation roadmap to guide execution for value realization.
• Establish frameworks to evaluate emerging technologies, track performance KPIs, and ensure ROI for digital initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of responsible AI practices to ensure ethical use of data and technology solutions

Job Requirements

• University degree; 15+ years in the Insurance or Financial sector, leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives
• Deep understanding of insurance digital journeys.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of insurance products, channels, and client/advisor behaviors
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across complex organizational structures and drive alignment
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience in implementing digital change initiatives.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and large strategic programs
