Digital Project Manager - CRM/ Customer journey ~63k

Seeking a Digital Project Manager familiar with Agile practise, manage end to end project delivery from project planning, vendor management and and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibility:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, estimates, scope statements, and requirements document
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across multiple teams and departments for analysing and review business needs
• Support the adoption of digital technologies and channels (such as mobile apps, web portals,) to enhance engagement and improve user experiences.
• Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for projects
• Create detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital solutions and processes across the organization
• Work with regional technology team & IT vendor for delivery

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing, Information Systems, Business Analytic or related field
• 5-10 years working experience, with 3+ years’ experience in Project Management/ Technical lead / IT BA, experience digital app / CRM / mar-tech project delivery
• Familiar with Agile and scrum, knowledgeable in web/ mobile /API integration is a plus
• Strong vendor management skill set , exposure to latest digital solution
• Fast learning, strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
