M365 ERP Technical Consultant

A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking an ERP Technical Consultant to support business transformation initiatives through the implementation, optimisation, and support of enterprise ERP solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and the Power Platform while partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions to drive automation, integration, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, maintain, and support ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or equivalent systems
• Analyse business processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and recommend scalable ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Customise ERP modules, workflows, and functionalities to align with business objectives and user needs
• Lead data migration, system integration, testing, upgrades, and patch management to ensure stable system performance
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP platforms and Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance productivity
• Deliver user training, provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation SOPs and user guides

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV, or Finance & Operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience with the Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Solid understanding of core ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and delivering user training
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
