Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, regulatory-driven cybersecurity projects across regional and global teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and key milestones.
• Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., C-RAF).
• Engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on project progress, risks, and impacts.
• Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, and escalate to senior management in a timely manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Contribute hands-on to project delivery while maintaining oversight of overall programme success.

Job Requirements

• Proven project management experience within large-scale cyber or technology initiatives in financial services.
• Strong experience in cyber regulatory compliance projects (e.g., Hong Kong C-RAF or similar frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently navigate complex challenges.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage projects independently while driving teams toward successful outcomes.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
