Exciting Data platform Team Lead position for a reputed Financial Services

What you'll do:

◾️ Lead 3 onshore resources
◾️ Design and implement data & analytics infrastructure solutions
◾️ Drive the enhancement of data models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and real time data availability
◾️ Support ML Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Analysts and work closely with IT department
◾️ Ensure the platform migration and upgrade
◾️ Drive the efficiency around data analytics tooling

What you bring:
🔹 At least 8 year's experience as a Sr Data Engineer/Platform/Management
🔹 Financial Services (Bank, Insurance) or Tech background is highly preferred
🔹 Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, data modelling and data
visualization/dashboards
