Data Consultant - Training

As a data consultant, this role will play a key role in forstering data literacy across the group.

This person will design, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs that empower employees to understand, analyze, and act on data. Your work will help embed a data-driven mindset across all levels of the organization, supporting business strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging, role-specific data literacy training content (e.g., data fundamentals, analytics tools, dashboards, data governance principles).
• Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning experiences suited for luxury retail, supply chain, marketing, and more.
• Facilitate live sessions (onsite/virtual) for cross-functional teams across the Group.
• Train teams on data tools (e.g., Looker, etc.)
• Act as a coach and mentor for data champions and business stakeholders.
• Provide post-training resources and follow-up sessions to ensure adoption and retention.
• Work closely with Data Governance, Analytics, IT, HR (L&D), and business units to align training with business needs.
• Define KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs based on learner and business input.


Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Education, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or data enablement.
• Strong understanding of data concepts: data quality, governance, analytics, BI tools.
• Experience with modern data & analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Data Catalogs).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
