Job Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of data analytics and data platform initiatives from planning through implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyse and prioritise requirements based on business value and data governance objectives.
• Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Assist in the implementation of enterprise data management and data governance capabilities, including data quality, data lineage, metadata management and data access controls.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects and business teams to support data platform enhancements and analytics use cases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution and delivery activities.
• Support the adoption of cloud-based and open-source technologies for data management and analytics.
• Participate in Agile and SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, testing, release coordination and project documentation.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, reports and data visualisation solutions to support business decision-making.
• Promote data governance best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the data platform.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, data management, technology delivery, project implementation or related areas.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data modelling, data visualisation and data management concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern data platform technologies.
• Experience with JupyterHub, Databricks, or similar analytics and data science platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage and data security concepts.
• Exposure to authentication and governance tools such as LDAP, OAuth, Keycloak, OpenMetadata or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets or large enterprise environments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, cloud or data-related certifications are advantageous.
