Digital Delivery Lead - ibank/asset mgmt (85k)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple complex customer and digital experience enhancement initiatives from concept through to implementation and release.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple geographies, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, Technology, Operations, and Digital teams to define scope, develop delivery plans, produce estimates, and manage execution.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that promotes adaptive planning, continuous improvement, rapid delivery, and data-driven decision making.
• Establish and drive Agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in methodology, governance, and execution across project teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, removing obstacles that may impact successful delivery.
• Drive teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and measuring benefits realization.
• Make informed decisions and recommendations to support successful project outcomes and business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project governance documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, RAID registers, and implementation checkpoints.
• Support business case development by providing delivery assumptions, effort estimates, risk assessments, and implementation considerations.
• Oversee delivery activities across development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring solutions meet business and customer needs prior to release.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, private banking, investment management, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products and services, including managed portfolios, investment funds, private markets, and alternative investments.
• Experience across end-to-end product and service lifecycles, including client onboarding, trading, post-trade operations, servicing, and regulatory processes.
• Proven track record delivering complex business transformation, digital transformation, and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, project delivery methodologies, and transformation best practices.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a focus on client outcomes and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
