BI Consultant/Lead

A leading real estate organisation seeks a Business Intelligence Consultant/Lead in Tsuen Wan to drive data transformation, develop scalable BI solutions, and deliver actionable analytics that enhance strategic decision-making and business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data requirements into BI strategies, project objectives, and actionable insights
• Lead workshops to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions that improve business performance
• Design scalable BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to enhance data accessibility and decision-making
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of tailored BI solutions
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, optimise processes, and maintain data accuracy across reporting platforms
• Coordinate BI projects end-to-end, coordinating priorities, timelines, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvements

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in BI consulting, data analytics, or data-driven solutions, supporting senior stakeholders and business users
• Experience in consulting, agency, or vendor environments, delivering tailored BI solutions for diverse business needs
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar BI platforms to build dashboards, reports, and visualisations
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL, SQL, and database management to support scalable analytics solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
