BI Analyst

A leading real estate organisation seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst in Hong Kong to transform data into actionable insights, develop scalable BI solutions, and enhance strategic decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics platforms to provide scalable business insights
• Prepare, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for analytics and reporting
• Translate business requirements into BI solutions by defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with organisational goals
• Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, drive BI adoption, and improve data literacy through training and documentation
• Enhance BI capabilities through automation, process improvements, and emerging analytics technologies to improve business performance

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3 years’ experience delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL, data transformation, pipeline development, solution design, and dashboard creation
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report publishing capabilities
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases, with experience writing complex queries for data extraction and analysis
• Experience working with diverse datasets and cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue, ensuring data quality and reliability
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver actionable insights; Python or R experience is advantageous
