AI Project Lead

We’re hiring an experienced AI Project Lead to lead the delivery of innovative technology solutions, including chatbot and AI voice bot projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong application development background and proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive project success, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead application architecture design and modernization initiatives to improve scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage the full project lifecycle from discovery, planning, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Drive the implementation of application, chatbot, and AI voicebot solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, business users, and external vendors where applicable.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures, project plans, and delivery roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across frontend and backend technologies, including React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, data models, and development best practices while ensuring compliance with organizational and technical governance requirements.
Manage project risks, dependencies, architectural trade-offs, and technical challenges proactively, providing recommendations and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Ensure quality, security, and delivery excellence through architecture reviews, secure-by-design practices, testing governance, non-functional requirement validation, and user acceptance processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in IT Architecture, Solution Design, or Technical Leadership, including designing or revamping enterprise application architectures.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, preferably involving application development, digital transformation, chatbot, AI, or voicebot initiatives.
Strong hands-on knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and modern application architecture patterns, with the ability to guide technical teams effectively.
Solid understanding of system design principles, including scalability, performance optimization, maintainability, reliability, and integration architecture.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in application security, architecture governance, risk management, compliance reviews, and secure-by-design practices is highly preferred.
