IT Project Manager (AI Chatbot) - 55k

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive the implementation of chatbot and AI voicebot solutions, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee application development projects (web and/or mobile), ensuring alignment with business requirements and adherence to technical standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing (UAT) are properly planned and executed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with exposure to AI, chatbot, or voicebot projects.
• Strong background in application development (web and/or mobile).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
