APAC Agentic AI Manager

A global consultancy seeks an Agentic AI Engineering Manager to accelerate AI transformation across APAC by delivering Agentic AI solutions that enable clients to scale innovation and drive measurable business impact in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across industries, delivering LLM-powered applications such as RAG pipelines, semantic search, and agentic workflows that drive measurable client outcomes
• Architect scalable, production-grade AI systems in cloud-native environments, building APIs, microservices, and backend services using tools such as Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Drive MLOps and GenAIOps practices, establishing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and governance to ensure AI systems are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and production-ready
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into AI solutions, leading workshops, architecture discussions, and pre-sales engagements while clearly communicating technical concepts to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, coordinating across data, product, cloud, and security functions while promoting engineering best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with 6+ years’ experience in AI engineering, MLOps, DevOps, GenAIOps, data engineering, or applied AI delivery
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production or production-like environments using modern AI engineering and deployment toolchains
• Strong experience in consulting or client-facing environments, partnering directly with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Proven ability to build and operationalise end-to-end AI/ML systems, covering design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Experience translating AI capabilities into scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions aligned with business objectives and client requirements
