Personal Assistant (Family Office - Whampoa)
A prestigious family office seeks a Personal Assistant in Hong Kong to streamline executive and family operations, ensuring seamless coordination, absolute confidentiality, and exceptional day-to-day support.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex executive and family schedules, ensuring seamless management of business meetings, personal appointments, wellness activities, and private commitments
- Manage premium travel and lifestyle arrangements, including regional and international itineraries, luxury accommodation, visas, ground transportation, dining reservations, and private club bookings
- Oversee personal property administration, contractor coordination, utilities, insurance renewals, and membership management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle personal finance administration, including bill payments, expense tracking, household accounts, and confidential documentation with accuracy and discretion
- Deliver responsive, high-trust executive support by anticipating needs, resolving day-to-day priorities, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service
Candidate profile:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Private Secretary supporting C-suite executives, HNWIs, or family offices
- Full professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin to liaise effectively with local vendors and regional stakeholder
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Responsive, discreet, and flexible, with the ability to support urgent requests outside standard business hours when required
