A well-established corporation with operations in New Zealand and the UK is seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Founding Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Planning & Coordination
    • Researching and booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
    • Creating and managing detailed itineraries for international and domestic trips
    • Preparing travel documentation and ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Lifestyle & Personal Support
    • Making restaurant, spa, and event reservations
    • Coordinating with household staff (e.g. drivers, nannies)
    • Managing personal schedules and appointments
  • General Administrative Support
    • Handling correspondence and follow-ups
    • Assisting with day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
    • Ensuring all arrangements are executed with discretion and care

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

  • Is based in Hong Kong
  • Has international exposure (lived, studied, or worked overseas)
  • Understands high standards of service, privacy, and professionalism
  • Is detail-oriented, resourceful, and quick to “get it”
  • Manages time well and can juggle multiple priorities
  • Is loyal, trustworthy, and appreciates the value of discretion
  • Has a naturally positive attitude and enjoys creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Previous experience in personal assistance
