Personal Assistant - Financial Services
This role requires managing both professional and personal matters, demanding exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Prior experience on system usage such as nextcloud, app:ding talk is preferred.
What you'll do:
As a Personal Assistant to the Chairman, your role will be split evenly between professional support and personal assistance. On the professional side, you'll manage an active calendar of appointments, coordinate meetings, act as a liaison among different teams, manage files for easy access to information, carry out special assignments as directed by management, assist in coordinating activities between various offices, track project timelines and follow up on action items. On the personal side, you'll manage personal appointments and commitments, handle personal correspondence and communications, coordinate personal events and social engagements. Your ability to balance these responsibilities while maintaining discretion will be key to your success.
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, compose correspondence, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison among different teams, functions, vendors, and external partners
- Manage files, documents and databases for easy access and retrieval of information
- Carry out special assignments and related duties as directed by management
- Assist in coordinating activities between Hong Kong, mainland China, and international offices

What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role, you bring a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting C-level executives. You are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken), with a strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
