A leading IT organisation seeks an Office Manager (Multiple Openings) in Hong Kong to transform workplace operations, ensure seamless office administration, and create an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace
  • Oversee office administration, facilities, procurement, and vendor partnerships to maintain seamless operations and high service standards
  • Manage workplace onboarding and offboarding, coordinating workstations, equipment, and system and building access for a smooth employee experience
  • Plan and deliver office events, overseeing budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution to strengthen employee engagement
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to maintain administrative records, resolve workplace issues, and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-supported office environment

Candidate profile:

  • Bring 5+ years’ office management or administrative leadership experience within a service-oriented environment, supported by a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to support reporting, documentation, and daily office operations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing vendors, contractors, office operations, and corporate events
  • Communicate confidently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, building strong relationships through professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and sound judgment to maintain accurate records, support compliance, resolve workplace issues, and adapt to evolving business needs. Immediate availability is an advantage
