Officer Manager / AM (Payroll skill is a plus 30-35k)

Key responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, you will oversee office operations, administration, procurement, vendor management, and team supervision.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including office coordination, supplies procurement, vendor management, and facilities/equipment maintenance
- Manage procurement and vendor administration for operational services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Supervise administrative staff and tea service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail distribution
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
- Perform HR task e.g. payroll — Responsible for providing professional HR services including monthly payroll, mandatory provident fund processing, benefits administration, staff tax reporting, etc. - is a plus
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring office management experience, a business administration background, strong bilingual skills, and excellent organisation with a collaborative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within the property or manufacturing industry
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)
