An organisation in Hong Kong seeks a highly driven and customer-centric Customer Service Officer to deliver client support and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will support international clients, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with internal teams.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with high-value clients
  • Communicate with customers through various channels including email and phone calls
  • Collaborate closely with internal parties to promptly resolve customer inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls from external customers regarding purchase, repair, or refund inquiries
  • Set up processes for assembling customers feedback and liaise with key internal partners to improve company’s products
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, Japanese and English proficiency, and the ability to support clients with professionalism and empathy.

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service position
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2) is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients
  • A positive, friendly and customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Japanese are essential
  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
