Field Coach/ Trainer(Beauty, BA welcomed, 30K)

Our client is a global beauty brand

Key Responsibilities:

•Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training programs
•Conduct induction training for new hires
•Facilitate product launch training and seasonal campaign briefings
•Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and competency assessments
•Track training KPIs and certification completion
•Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development teams
•Support brand events, product launches, and retail campaigns
•Conduct regular store visits to observe and coach Beauty Consultants
•Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales and customer engagement skills
•Monitor application of training knowledge in daily operations

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years of retail training or beauty industry experience.
•Experience in skincare, luxury retail, cosmetics, or wellness industry preferred.
•Previous experience as Beauty Trainer, Senior Beauty Consultant, Counter Manager, or Learning & Development Executive is highly desirable.
